The Center for Dementia Development and Elderly Health treats people aged 65 and over in outpatient and day clinic settings.
To innovatively further develop our nursing quality, our interdisciplinary team is looking for a committed personality for the role of:
Your tasks
- With your human and professional competence, you shape the individual support and advice of patients and relatives
- You lead and design nursing therapeutic group offers
- In collaboration with the operations managers, you take professional responsibility for the further development of quality
- With your open, participatory attitude, you work together with the team on solutions to overcome challenges
- You network with the internal competence center "Professional Development and Care" and external stakeholders
Your profile
- Nurse FH or HF sur Dossier (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for a foreign diploma)
- Ideally professional experience in psychiatry and/or gerontology
- Enjoyment in co-designing and openness to engaging with your own learning processes
- Knowledge and interest in quality development and project management
- Communicative and integrative personality
- Organizational skills
