For our location in Küssnacht am Rigi / SZ, we are looking for per August 1, 2025, or bych agreement a self-reliant, responsible, and proactive Team Leader Maintenance & Facility 100% (a) in the industry.

Team Leader Maintenance & Facility 100% (a)

The following exciting tasks await you:

• Implementation of process-oriented maintenance to ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of the systems at all times
• Management and maintenance of the maintenance software CareOffice
• Collaboration with leaders from various departments to provide technical support
• Resolution of technical disruptions (production systems, cooling and heating systems, ventilation, transformers, water equipment, and building technology)
• New installations of production systems and infrastructure
• Leading 1 employee / planning deployment and activities
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance
• Compliance with internally trained GMP and cleanroom guidelines
• Training staff on all changes to policies and procedures

• (Hygiene, order, cleanliness, behavior, work instructions, maintaining logbooks, etc.) 

You bring the following:

• Completed basic training as a mechanic or similar in the technical field
• Further training in the mechanical or electrical field
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance in an industrial environment are a prerequisite
• Ideally, an electrical installation permit for internal installation work (NIV Art.15) is available or willingness to obtain it
• Knowledge of maintenance software, ideally CareOffice, is an advantage
• Precise and independent working style
• Quick comprehension / willingness to learn new things
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills
