For the Human Centred Security team, we are looking for a committed individual who helps shape security initiatives focusing on communication, awareness, and organization. In this role, you will mainly work at a large Swiss university in the city of Zurich. There, you support the CISO team in building and further developing measures that promote and anchor secure behavior within the organization, design target group-oriented communication and learning formats, and take on an important bridging function between information security and employees.

Security Engagement & Communications Manager (80% - all identities and backgrounds)
The assignment takes place in a three-year customer project at a large Swiss university in the city of Zurich. There, you support the development and further advancement of measures that promote and anchor secure behavior within the organization. You will be closely accompanied and supported by the Human Centred Security team.
Culture & Stakeholder Management
- Coordination and maintenance of a network of internal stakeholders as well as gaining support at all levels of the organization
- Anchoring information security as a shared responsibility in the organizational culture.
- Active development of a positive security culture through measures that support secure behavior and promote self-efficacy
- Close collaboration throughout the university environment, especially with the CISO team
- Design and implementation of target group-oriented, multichannel campaigns, from idea to impact measurement
- Alignment and embedding of communication around information security and data protection with the organization's mission statement and strategy
- Creation and further development of communication materials on security topics for different target groups
- Development and delivery of didactically sound training, workshops, and learning formats
- Support of new processes, tools, and change initiatives to make secure behavior easy
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., communication, psychology, social sciences, information security)
- Experience in security awareness, communication, change management, UX, or similar roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prepare complex topics clearly and appropriately for the audience
- Experience in designing communication, awareness, or learning formats
- Independent and structured working style with high initiative
- Understanding of risks in information security and data protection as well as interest in organizational and human aspects of security
- Fluent German and English skills
- Experience in the university and/or consulting environment
- Basic knowledge of information security, governance, or ISMS (e.g., ISO 27001)
- Didactic experience in adult education or training
- Further training or certifications in security awareness or information security (e.g., SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP), CAS Cyber Risk Awareness, or comparable)
- French and/or Italian language skills
- Exciting and impactful work at the interface of people, organization, and technology
- Scope for shaping the development and further advancement of awareness and communication measures
- Collaboration in a committed and interdisciplinary security team
