What you will do
- Active participation in shaping an innovative digital platform within an interdisciplinary team
- Building, documenting, and optimizing internal processes & workflows along the product lifecycle
- Collecting and analyzing KPIs and user feedback as well as deriving recommendations for action to optimize products and processes (reporting, dashboards)
- Supporting the introduction of new features (testing, QA, feedback loops)
- Creating guidelines and knowledge documentation in Confluence
- Close collaboration with product and account management to continuously optimize the customer experience.
- Independent handling of customer inquiries, if necessary in close coordination with the responsible specialist departments.

What we expect from you
- First experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Customer Success, or Account Management – preferably in a digital environment
- Strong process and analytical understanding as well as enthusiasm for structuring and improving complex workflows.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools
- Technical affinity and openness to familiarize yourself with new systems (CRM, ticketing, automations)
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to clearly prepare complex topics.
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and independent working style
- Very good German skills, English is an advantage
