For our Competence Center for the Zurich and Modernization regions, we are looking for you as a dynamic and proactive personality for our construction cost planning. Together with several construction cost planners, you will calculate GU/TU projects and maintain close contact with the execution team, subcontractors, and specialist planners. Your workplace is our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon .

What you will do

• As a construction cost planner/construction economist, you calculate GU/TU offers based on key figures from the internal network and contractor offers 
• You accompany your own development projects as part of the project team during all project phases and take responsibility for the financial optimization of the project 
• You develop execution variants, cost estimates, and project optimizations, profitability calculations as well as schedule and payment plans together with our specialists
• You prepare offer documents in collaboration with our acquisition team and present the offers to our customers

What you bring

• A completed education in construction forms the basis for successful work in this role
• You gladly take on responsibility and enjoy challenges
• Your working method is structured, efficient, and transparent 
• You have a pronounced flair for numbers and an analytical way of thinking and working
• You are curious and open to digital work tools such as iTWO, Solibri, Revit, Bluebeam Revu and drive model-based calculations forward
• As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working with internal and external colleagues
• Further training or a completed CAS in construction cost planning, DAS or MAS in construction economics are advantageous
