WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE

• Together with the deputy store manager, you are responsible for your JYSK store.
• You lead and train your team to optimize the store for sales and customers, in line with our JYSK leadership values.
• You analyze key figures, set goals, and motivate your team accordingly.
• You implement store concepts and routines
• You recruit, onboard new colleagues, and further develop the existing team.

• You have experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar sectors
• You are an inspiring and communicative personality who creates a positive work atmosphere.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment
• You enjoy physical work, have a practical mindset, and set a good example.
• You are ready to take responsibility for your store and its results
• You have the ability to remain calm and focused even in stressful situations
• You always strive to improve your results and recover quickly after a setback.
• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays as well
