How you contribute:

• You conceive, plan, organise and conduct trade fairs, events, customer occasions and information events for different target groups and are responsible for the corresponding budgets.
• You review and respond to sponsorship requests and evaluate possible engagements.
• You negotiate with sponsorship partners and accompany the conclusion of sponsorship contracts.
• You ensure that existing sponsorship partnerships are implemented effectively and professionally managed.
• You evaluate, procure and manage promotional gifts and advertising materials.

What you bring:

• You have training or further education in the field of events, sponsorship, marketing or communication.
• You bring at least five to ten years of professional experience in the field of events and sponsorship.
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner, gladly take on responsibility and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You are service-oriented, present yourself professionally and communicate confidently and convincingly in German.
• You are creative, have a flair for video and content and bring experience with online events.
• You enjoy organising and implementing events and sponsorship activities and are willing to take on around five to ten evening or weekend assignments per year in the city of Lucerne.
