The nursing home Landhaus Neuenegg is located on a hill with a view, 10 minutes by car west of Bern. It offers care and support to 64 residents in charming and individual rooms. The home is divided into several living areas for people with mild to severe care needs, people with dementia, or in geriatric rehabilitation. With a high quality of service, a sense of responsibility, and mutual respect, we create an atmosphere of trust and togetherness. We are looking for a committed personality as Head of Nursing Department 80 - 100% starting from October 1, 2025, or by agreement. Your tasks
- You lead a dedicated team of around 30 employees with heart, clarity, and foresight and promote a culture of togetherness

You create an atmosphere in which our residents feel completely comfortable
With your organizational talent, you design the duty roster so that the needs of the

residents are accommodated just as much as those of the employees - You implement our nursing concept with conviction and ensure that every level of care is practiced professionally - You guarantee care and support that makes the highest quality tangible. Your profile

You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF or an equivalent qualification and apply your expertise purposefully
You have leadership experience and know how to lead a team with clarity, commitment, and empathy
You think in a networked way, act solution-oriented, and keep an overview even in challenging

situations
