The Solothurn Center Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired limitations, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Child Care Specialist (FaGe), 40-100%
What to expect
- Ensuring professional basic and treatment care
- Performing medical-technical procedures and care services according to training and further education level
- Co-creating a meaningful individual daily life for children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Taking on tasks within the framework of the interdisciplinary key worker system
- Creating and managing care and support plans and collaborating with relatives and legal representatives
- Willingness to work day and/or night shifts
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
