Your main tasks
S
In this versatile role, you take responsibility in
R I direct clinical practice with a focus on complex nursing and medical situations. You conduct comprehensive assessments,
W accompany people with chronic illnesses and take over symptom, pain, and wound management. In addition, you support
patients and relatives in health crises as well as in ethical decision-making processes and within the framework of Advance Care
Planning (ACP).
You advise and support nursing teams in challenging situations, promote clinical judgment and self-efficacy within the team, and conduct internal training as well as practical further education.
By applying current scientific knowledge,
you actively contribute to evidence-based nursing practice and initiate and lead quality projects and internal audits.
In close interprofessional collaboration, you coordinate complex care processes, lead case discussions, and contribute
your expertise in roundtable discussions. You also support the implementation of patient directives and accompany ethically challenging situations.
As a member of the management team, you participate in the further development of nursing concepts and quality standards, lead the palliative care team, and engage in strategic questions of
organizational development as well as in health-related
public relations.
Your profile
You have a completed nursing degree BSc in nursing, ideally APN-CH, are currently in or have already completed a master's degree MSc in nursing with a focus on
Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) and/or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Several years of professional experience, especially in long-term care,
dementia care, and palliative care. You are characterized by pronounced advisory competence, high clinical judgment, and a strong motivation to help shape evidence-based and innovative nursing practice. Independent working and confident decision-making come easily to you. You have
very good oral and written German skills and understand the Swiss German language.
