We are looking for a committed team member as Head of Infrastructure, who will be responsible for and drive the modernization and further development of our facilities and railway infrastructure.
We are looking for you as
Head of Infrastructure / Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d)
Location: Forch, Workload: 80-100%, Start: Immediately/by arrangement
These are your tasks:
- Management of the Infrastructure business unit with overall responsibility for the departments "Infrastructure Maintenance", "Track Project Management", "Real Estate Project Management" and "Railway Technology Project Management"
- Active exchange of information with political decision-makers to ensure the financing of track and real estate
- Responsibility for budget planning and prioritization of fund usage in line with the financial framework conditions of the federal and cantonal governments
- Control and monitoring of projects through portfolio management
- Ensuring quality and timely preparation and implementation of investment projects
- Overall responsibility for the further development and implementation of the safety management system in the Infrastructure business unit
- Planning, monitoring and further development of processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring occupational safety and health protection in the Infrastructure business unit
This is what you need:
- Education in civil engineering or structural engineering and/or degree in civil engineering ETH/FH, further training in business administration
- Professional experience in the railway technology sector or track/overhead line construction is an advantage
- Many years of leadership experience with an appreciative and approachable leadership style
- Ability to think networked and develop agile solutions for complex problems
- Strong negotiation skills and healthy assertiveness as well as the ability to provide constructive criticism and manage conflicts
