• Annual inspection of the debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices
• Consultation of the debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, especially in the selection of debt enforcement and bankruptcy officers
• Issuance of circulars, instructions, and recommendations
• Regular reporting to the cantonal court
• Support during office handovers to newly elected debt enforcement and bankruptcy officers
• Deputizing for the land registry inspector
• Note on the workplace: Home office possible by arrangement

• Completed legal university degree in Switzerland
• Professional experience and lawyer's patent advantageous
