Your tasks
- As part of our nine-member school management team, you actively contribute to the pedagogical and strategic development of KSA and constructively bring in your perspectives.
- You take over the leadership of the talent classes (sports and music) and further develop them in the sense of holistic gymnasial education.
- You lead part of the teachers as well as the classes assigned to you and create an atmosphere of trust, openness, and collaboration.
- You actively participate in school development projects such as WEGM, take on school-wide responsibilities, and bring ideas and impulses into the further development of the school.
- With a reduced teaching load, you stay close to everyday school life and maintain direct exchange with students and teachers.
Your profile
- You have a completed university degree with teaching qualification for secondary level II and several years of teaching experience.
- Ideally, you bring leadership experience from a comparable position and have a CAS further education in school management or are willing to complete one.
- You maintain a respectful approach, enjoy working in a team, and engage with openness and energy for the school community.
- You understand digital developments and working with ICT as a natural part of modern school leadership and school development.
- You are interested in school development, work carefully, and bring a strong sense of school contexts into joint design processes.
