In order to complete its team, the nursing management is looking for a
Head Nurse of a Care Unit (ICUS) (80-100%)
Your mission:
- Lead and organize the service autonomously and proactively, taking into account the values of the department and the HFR Charter
- Collaborate in the development, management of the department, and organization of the HFR
- Analyze the activities of your service, define objectives, and report on the work
- Represent the interests of the service within the institution
- Ensure communication within the service, both upward and downward
- Organize continuing education and postgraduate training for staff
- Ensure the quality of care services
- Fulfill your role as a nurse within the service
Your profile:
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
- Proven experience in a rehabilitation and/or geriatrics service (minimum 3 years)
- Management diploma or equivalent training (or willingness to train)
- Proficiency in German or French with excellent knowledge of the partner language
- Sense of priorities and ability to manage the unexpected
- Interpersonal skills, sense of communication and negotiation
- Proactive, dynamic, and flexible attitude
- High capacity for stress management
