We operate a modern Landi store, an Agrola gas station with a shop, as well as a powerful agricultural center with its own feed packaging facility. In the agricultural sector, the retirement of our long-standing manager is scheduled for 2026.

Head of Agricultural Trade

• Competent advice to our agricultural customers
• Active sales of our versatile agricultural range
• Building, maintaining, and further developing long-term customer relationships
• Planning and implementing targeted sales campaigns in close cooperation with our strategic business units
• Familiarization with purchasing and demand-oriented procurement of agricultural production materials
• Ensuring product availability and efficient processes
• Professional and personnel management of our six-member agricultural team

• Professional experience in a comparable role within a Landi or relevant training/continuing education in the green sector (e.g., agricultural merchant, agricultural technician)
• Down-to-earth, team-oriented personality with understanding and sensitivity for farmers' concerns
• Strong sales flair and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office) and willingness to learn industry software
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in taking on leadership responsibility
• Interest in further training in animal husbandry, crop production, and sales
• Good physical condition and resilience
