To strengthen our team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as Chief Technician Biomass (m/f/div.).
Job Description
- You represent the group leader in technical matters and ensure smooth operations in the service area.
- You support our service technicians professionally and advise them.
- You handle customer complaints in coordination with the group leader and find solutions to customer satisfaction.
- You take care of and advise our existing maintenance and on-demand customers and actively develop these relationships.
- You professionally commission biomass (wood) heating systems, hot water systems, solar systems, and control systems and carry out repair and maintenance work.
- You drive the active sale of services such as maintenance contracts, on-demand revisions, and other offers.
- You organize your service assignments independently, maintain communication with customers and dispatch, and take on on-call duty (standby) within the team by arrangement.
Qualifications
- Education: EFZ training; preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry, NIV 15 certification
- Personality and working style: reliable, self-responsible, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar position, especially in technical support in the biomass sector
- Languages: confident German language skills
