Customer Service Assistant (m/f/x)

Your mission:

• Act as the interface between customers, internal departments (logistics and technical) and external stakeholders (carriers, customs, administrations, suppliers...)

• Manage offers, orders, and invoices for spare parts and services

• Ensure order follow-up and inform customers

• Manage imports and exports with carriers, the logistics department, and authorities on administrative and regulatory aspects

• Follow up on customer complaints, track reminders, issue credit notes

• Monitor and validate carrier invoices as well as the quality of the service provided

Your profile:

• Experience in administration and logistics

• Concrete experience in a similar position

• Good command of English

• Good ability to manage stress and customer pressure

• Professionalism, autonomy, and proactivity

• Sense of responsibility and priorities

• Good interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation

• Team spirit essential
