In the Real Estate division of Zürcher Kantonalbank, we take care of the management, construction, and operation of our properties with over 100 dedicated colleagues. Our Building Services team consists of five motivated specialists who operate today's building technology with passion and expertise and jointly shape the solutions of tomorrow. Our core tasks include monitoring, maintenance, and operation of all technical systems at our numerous locations throughout the canton of Zurich. Your Tasks

Perform planned and unplanned maintenance work according to specifications and customer reports
Support renovation projects and act as the central interface in the HVACKSE area between our team and external specialist planners
Independently and professionally implement smaller projects in the HVACKSE area
Carry out repair work and troubleshoot HVACKSE systems
Carefully and transparently document completed work
Create, review, and complete operational documentation

Your Profile

Valid category B driving license and your own vehicle that you can use for your daily tasks
You are a committed and experienced HVAC technician with solid professional experience
Comprehensive knowledge in control and regulation technology
Experience with building management systems and knowledge of common MS Office programs
You work independently, responsibly, keep an overview, and place great value on quality in the execution of your tasks
Your passion for building technology as well as your pronounced customer orientation and service mentality make you a valued contact person for clients and customers
You consider further training an essential component to strengthen your expertise and always stay up to date
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
