Engineer for Integration and Standardization (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Close collaboration with all production departments, Process Technology, R&D, and Product Engineering to optimize manufacturing processes and avoid defects
- Analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement of cross-process production flow definitions with a focus on quality, efficiency, and stability
- Mapping and parameterization of product workflows in company-internal software as well as maintenance of internal process menus
- Interface function between IT, engineering, and production: coordination of requirements and active participation in the design of technical solution concepts
- Responsibility for the registration concept within the entire manufacturing landscape as well as training of new employees in the software used
- Release of procedures and production processes within the framework of the PCRB and active participation in company-wide process standardization
Your profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role with interface responsibility in a technological environment
- Strong analytical thinking skills, resilience, as well as a structured and detail-oriented working style
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP is required, as well as experience with SPC or comparable statistical methods
- Ideally, knowledge in the production of printed circuit boards or similar products
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
