Tasks
During your internship, you will be responsible for managing the licenses of our cockpit personnel and actively support the team in planning and organizing cabin and cockpit trainings.
Your main tasks include:
- Efficient management of licenses and ensuring smooth processes
- Active internal and external communication with authorities as well as training and planning departments
- Documentation and continuous optimization of existing processes
- Review and assurance of data quality
- Support in comprehensive planning and organization of cabin and cockpit trainings, including ground courses and simulators
- Coordination of appointments, rooms, and resources for crew trainings
- Creation of instructions, checklists, and manuals

You bring the following:
- Completed commercial training, technical secondary school, or high school diploma
- Precise, structured, and independent working style combined with a quick grasp
- Very high service awareness

- Very good German skills as well as Microsoft 365 user knowledge
