Tasks
- Gain valuable experience in patient transport today as a driver and start your part-time training to become a transport paramedic* FA in January 2027.
- Care for and accompany patients during transfers, both throughout Switzerland and occasionally in nearby foreign countries.
- Ensure a professional, safe, and respectful transport, supported by modern vehicles and ergonomic aids.
- Drive our emergency vehicles safely and responsibly and support the team in daily operations, such as inventory management, vehicle maintenance, mission documentation, and other organizational tasks.
Requirements
- Completed training or further education or studies in the medical field (e.g., FaGe, certified nursing professional, MPA, etc.) advantageous but not mandatory; your professional experience and interaction with people also count.
- Strong initiative, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in a new, meaningful task.
- High social competence, patience, and ability to work in a team – qualities that grow with life experience.
- Physical and mental resilience to remain calm and composed even in demanding situations.
- Clean criminal record extract.
- Driver’s license category B and willingness to obtain the professional transport permit (Code 121/122) before starting the position.
- Willingness for weekend and night shifts, with fair scheduling and consideration of your private life.
