Spa Therapist (m/f/d) – Summer Season 2026

About the job

For the upcoming summer season 2026, we are looking for a qualified, committed, and empathetic spa therapist who pampers our guests with first-class treatments and massages, thus contributing to the unique feel-good atmosphere of our new Suvretta Spa, which was completely rebuilt in 2025.

• Performing professional massages, body and facial treatments according to our spa menu with exclusive care products
• Performing classic cosmetic applications such as manicure, pedicure, hair removal, etc.
• Individual skin analysis and competent advice and support for our guests regarding treatments and products
• Active sale of spa products and care recommendations for home use
• Maintenance and order of the cabins as well as compliance with all hygiene and quality standards
• Support in planning spa treatments and collaboration in the interdisciplinary spa team
• Ensuring a first-class service experience characterized by discretion, empathy, and guest orientation

• Completed training as a certified cosmetician EFZ / certified masseuse or equivalent international qualification
• Professional experience in upscale hospitality or spa sector is an advantage
• Confident, well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Enthusiasm for exclusive cosmetic and care products as well as for individual consultation
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages (e.g., Italian or French) are an advantage
• Flexibility, teamwork skills, and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Passion for wellness, beauty, relaxation, and excellent guest service
