- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, strong Windows knowledge.
- Familiarity with M365, Azure, MDM, and networking concepts.

About the job
YOUR MISSION
- Support our employees with advice and assistance when it comes to technical questions, troubleshooting, and problem solving
- Set up and provide laptops, mobile phones, network components, or printers
- Install, configure, and inventory workstations and other IT components at all our locations remotely or on-site
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and instructions on system configurations, changes, and our network infrastructure
- Participate in IT projects
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Completed IT apprenticeship (graduates are warmly welcome) or solid IT professional experience with further training in the IT field
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- Profound knowledge in Windows, Windows Server (AD, DHCP, DNS, Print)
- Knowledge in managing M365, Azure, and MDM and Intune technologies
- Network knowledge in patching, switches, and a competent understanding of LANs and Wi-Fi
- Native (Swiss) German, fluent in English, French is an advantage
- High social skills and impeccable manners
- High resilience even in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and driving license category B
