The Diversity & Inclusion office, located in the Vice Rectorate for People & Culture, supports the university in living, maintaining, and further developing this culture.
Your Tasks
- As part of the university's action plan for equality, diversity & inclusion 2026 - 30, you are responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of measures in the area of "Creating an Inclusive University".
- You advise university members on gender-inclusive and discrimination-free language as well as LGBTIQ+ and continuously provide current information on the website and intranet.
- You support projects on inclusive processes and infrastructure.
- You plan and organize courses on diversity & inclusion as part of the university's training offerings.
- Additionally, you plan and conceptualize regular "Diversity Talks!" and are responsible for their implementation.
- You plan the communication of measures and results from the Diversity & Inclusion office across various internet/digital platforms and implement them.
Your Profile
- You have a university master's degree.
- You have experience in diversity management or relevant further training.
- You have proven experience in project and event management.
- Experience in building internal D&I networks or communities would be desirable.
- As a communicative personality, you are team-oriented, critical, and dynamic.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- In dealing with various university stakeholders, you know how to persuade and navigate confidently in digital work environments.
