- Supports the Director of Engineering in the overall technical management of the three hotels
- Coordinates and supervises maintenance and repair work on all systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electrical, mechanical)
- Ensures that all technical standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines are adhered to at all times
- Independently carries out smaller projects or supports the implementation of larger technical initiatives
- Assists in budget planning and monitoring for maintenance, spare parts, and investments in the technical area
- Takes responsibility in the deployment planning and management of the technical team, including training and performance evaluation
- Supports the identification and resolution of technical disruptions in daily operations
- Stays professionally updated and actively contributes current technical developments and solutions

- Completed technical training (electrical engineering, building technology, carpentry, sanitation, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in the technical field, ideally in the hotel industry or facility management
- First leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a small team
- Good knowledge in maintenance, building technology, and safety regulations
- Solution-oriented thinking, organizational skills, and hands-on mentality
- Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
