In our state-of-the-art pathology, over 30 specialists (pathologists, cytopathologists, and dermatopathologists) are engaged across three locations, covering the entire diagnostic spectrum.
To complement our pathology team in Allschwil, we are looking for a customer-oriented, careful, and reliable person as a Specialist in Pathology / Specialist in Dermatopathology 100% immediately or by agreement.
- You ensure that patients, medical practices, and hospitals from all over Switzerland receive precise diagnoses in the shortest possible time
- You assess a very wide range of dermatopathological submissions
- The macroscopic sectioning of surgical specimens as well as performing internal and external rapid cuts are also part of your varied area of responsibility
- You actively participate in tumor boards
- FMH Dermatology and/or Pathology (Specialist in Dermatology and/or Pathology)
- Holder of ICDP - UEMS International Board Certification in Dermatopathology
- Many years of experience in dermatopathological diagnostics
- Independent performance of macro sectioning as well as rapid cuts (skin specimens)
- Experience in molecular pathology is an advantage
- Openness to new methods and techniques
- Very good German language skills
