We are looking for a committed, reliable, and motivated individual to support our team in Oey as

Technical Internal Sales Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Telephone and personal support of our customers
• Order processing and technical clarifications in the area of small systems
• Preparation of offers and billing of service activities
• Creation of service and spare parts orders
• Scheduling of service technicians
• Analysis and solution development for complex system problems
• General tasks in customer service

• Technical basic training, e.g. in mechanics/electronics etc.
• Interest in supporting sustainable wood heating systems
• Knowledge in customer service or heating industry is an advantage
• Confident German skills in spoken and written form as well as good to very good French skills
• Analytical and interconnected thinking
• Structured, efficient working style and quick comprehension
• Communicative, customer-oriented and convincing
