Your tasks:
- Accompany and support job-seeking professionals with different professional and personal backgrounds in the context of this labor market measure (AMM) in their job search through individual coaching as well as in a differentiated group context
- Identify individual needs through coaching conversations and define individualized strategies and support their implementation
- Concrete support in further developing the application strategy, application documents, and personal appearance
- Ensure optimal communication including documentation with RAV personnel consultants
- Regular participation in case discussions, debriefings, and internal training
Your profile:
- Solid theoretical and practical professional experience in adult education (at least SVEB 1 is a must)
- Completed vocational training or tertiary education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a qualified professional environment (HR / recruitment / AMM)
- Training and experience as a coach
- Broad labor market knowledge, current application know-how, good ICT skills, and general knowledge
- Able to take on various roles depending on context – from adult educator, process facilitator, trainer, expert to moderator and supervisor – and thus stimulate and make the individual learning progress of course participants visible
