For the Division Civil Engineering, we are looking for you as our new Employee Regional Depot Administration 80-100% for the Equipment & Technology Services area (depot organization). Your future place of employment will be in Buchrain.

What you will do

• Digital processing of creditor invoices
• Execution of monthly depot and joint venture billing
• Creation of debtor invoices
• Filing and documentation of relevant site topics
• Cross-depot support in all administrative matters
• Administrative support for our internal main customer tunnel construction
• Administrative support for the depot manager

• Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in main or secondary construction trades
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• A flair for numbers
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent, goal-oriented, and structured working style, teamwork, and high flexibility
