Junior Marketing Manager 100% (m/f)

for the area of Events & Content Creation.

• Planning, organization, and implementation of trade fairs, field days, in-house exhibitions, and customer events
• Development and implementation of content strategies (social media, website, newsletter, video, print)
• Creation of practical content around agricultural technology, machines, and agriculture
• Close cooperation with sales, aftersales, product management, and external partners
• Support and further development of our social media channels
• Design of marketing materials & responsible for internal documentation and sales presentations
• Analysis of campaigns and events as well as success evaluation
• Location marketing
• Maintenance of the intranet, support in internal communication

• Completed training in marketing, communication or comparable education
• Experience in marketing, ideally in a technical or agricultural environment
• Enthusiasm for agriculture and agricultural technology
• Hands-on mentality: You pitch in, whether in the field, at the trade fair, or during content shooting
• Creativity combined with organizational talent
• Confident handling of social media, CMS, and common marketing tools
• Willingness to travel for events and trade fairs
• Driver's license class B
