School Bus Driver and Substitute Driver (a) – Bremgarten-Sins Region
You have a flair for the road and people and are looking for part-time employment? Then we are looking for you to complement our school bus driver team.
We are looking for school bus drivers and substitute drivers in a part-time capacity of around 30% - 40% during the school term.
Your tasks
- You are conscientious about the safe and punctual transport of children during the school term (approximately 39 weeks/year).
- You assist passengers when boarding and alighting.
- You are responsible for the care and safety of passengers during the trips.
- You take care of the interior and exterior cleaning as well as minor maintenance work on the vehicle.
Your profile
- You possess the following licenses (or are willing to obtain them by the start of employment, approx. 3 hours effort): Driver's license category B with code BPT 121/122 (D1 3.5t/106 is an advantage).
- You are open to encounters and show understanding for children and adolescents with special needs, their parents, and teachers.
- You are used to working independently and reliably.
- You remain calm even in stressful situations and enjoy contact with children.
- You keep calm and overview even in unusual situations and preferably have experience with vehicles carrying wheelchair passengers.
- You are flexible in your availability.
- You have very good German skills (at least level B1) and understand Swiss German fluently.
