Tasks
- Independently assess and treat patients according to osteopathic principles.
- Perform manual corrections on the spine and joints to alleviate pain.

Skills
- Swiss diploma in osteopathy or equivalent foreign diploma required.
- Advanced English and German language skills (minimum B2).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation.

- Independently assess and treat patients according to osteopathic principles, in accordance with the regulations of the Swiss Health Act (GesBG)
- Perform manual corrections on the spine or other joints of the body to correct the musculoskeletal system, relieve pain, and improve mobility
- Perform manual therapies, such as massages, if necessary
- Inform and advise guests about rehabilitation exercises to support long-term recovery and techniques to maintain health
- Collaborate with the entire medical team
- Participate in team meetings and quality assurance initiatives
- Give educational lectures to guests
Qualifications & Competencies
- Federal diploma or a foreign diploma recognized as equivalent by the Swiss Red Cross as an osteopath
- A professional practice permit for the canton of Lucerne must be available before starting the position
- Advanced English and German language skills (at least B2); if the native language is not German, a B2 language certificate must be provided
- At least 3 years of postgraduate clinical experience in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and orthopedics
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for providing individual guest services. This includes identifying guest needs, adhering to service quality standards, and evaluating guest satisfaction
- Experience in detailed patient record keeping
- Valid certificate of a basic first aid course
