Model Maker 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Processing and manufacturing of bone models according to specifications as well as contributing your own technical solutions
- Manual processing of bone models, assembly of plates and screw implants
- Close collaboration with PMs and engineers for master creation and approvals
- Creation and maintenance of work instructions and documents (including QBD recording)
- Support in the area of 3D printing
- Support of quality assurance (e.g., incoming goods inspection)
- Participation in process optimizations and continuous improvement
- Compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements
Your qualifications
- Completed technical training (e.g., model maker, polymechanic, carpenter)
- Initial experience in the relevant field
- Very good IT skills (MS 365; ERP systems such as SAP are an advantage)
- High independence and ability to organize daily planning on your own
- Precise, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills (B2–C1); English is an advantage
- Team player, communicative, and confident in exchange with technical departments
