- Training as a healthcare specialist or nurse required, plus additional training as an educator.

- Strong responsibility, teamwork, independence, and flexibility.

- Care, support and advice for our clients at home
- Performing basic and treatment care
- Support and accompaniment of our clients in economic activities
- Guidance and support of our trainees during their training period
- Training as a health specialist EFZ or nurse FASRK
- Completed further training as a vocational trainer or interest in completing it
- Enjoyment of nursing, caregiving as well as household activities and dealing with people in need of help
- Enjoyment of leading and supporting young trainees
- Sense of responsibility, teamwork, independence and flexibility
- Good knowledge of German and driving license category B
- Careful introduction (returnees are warmly welcome) to an interesting and varied area of responsibility
- Responsible, varied and independent activity in a motivated team and exciting environment
- Support in balancing work and family (only morning or evening shifts as well as weekend shifts possible)
