You lead a team with pleasure, keep an overview even during the peak season and value quality and satisfied customers. You are strong in communication, service-oriented, sales-strong and know how to advise customers professionally and provide them with first-class service.

For our tyre centre in an attractive location directly on Lake Zurich, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Workshop Manager 100%.

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of our workshop team
• Organisation and coordination of the entire workshop operation
• Deployment and scheduling of employees
• Active participation in day-to-day business – especially during the tyre peak season
• Ensuring high-quality and timely execution of all work
• Quality, work and safety inspections
• Optimisation of workshop processes and workflows Close cooperation with sales and warehouse
• Professional and friendly interaction with our customers

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training, for example as an automotive specialist EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or a comparable technical education
• Several years of practical professional experience in the tyre, workshop or automotive sector
• Ideally some leadership experience
• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of practical work
• Organisational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and high commitment
• Customer- and service-oriented appearance
• Very good German skills (C1/C2)
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to really pitch in with the team, especially during the peak season
