  • Taking over medical and nursing responsibility during the night shift
  • Ensuring professional care and support of the residents
  • Recording, assessing, managing, and evaluating individual needs
  • Documentation of the provided care and support services in the electronic
care documentation for holistic traceability of the care process - analysis and management of complex care and support situations, initiating and evaluating measures
- Participation in the development and implementation of departmental goals You bring:
  • Completed training as Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH
  • Professional experience in the mentioned role
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written form
  • Empathy and strong social skills
  • Independent, reliable, and professional working style
  • High sense of responsibility and flexibility
