- Support in managing production, processing, and logistics processes
- Optimization of operational workflows and resource utilization
- Support in personnel deployment planning and assistance to team management
- Participation in purchasing and sales as well as maintaining customer and supplier relationships
- Support in reporting, budget planning, and controlling
- Implementation of quality, environmental, and safety guidelines
- Involvement in strategic projects and further development of the site
This is what you bring with you...
- Completed vocational training or studies in a relevant field, e.g.: Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Industrial Production / Engineering
- Further training in leadership, process management, or quality management is an advantage
- Professional experience in a production or logistics-related environment, ideally in the recycling industry
- Knowledge in managing operational processes and/or handling key figures
- First leadership experience or interest in developing into a leadership role
- Interest in sustainability, quality, and safety in the company
- Organizational talent and a good sense for processes and people
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Willingness to continue education and take on increasing responsibility
- Very good German and good English skills
