About the job
For our central patient admission at the Winterthur location, we are looking for a responsible personality with a service orientation and joy in direct patient contact. You are the first point of contact, an administrative hub, and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of treatments through your work.

Tasks
- Administrative support of patients from admission to discharge. Ensuring correct, complete, and timely recording of all patient, insurance, and case data
- Independent obtaining and monitoring of cost approvals
- Data protection-compliant, discreet, and actions consistent with our confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Professional reception and contact person for internal and external departments
- Participation in process optimizations and further developments
Profile
- Commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally in healthcare
- Experience in patient administration or a comparable interface function is an advantage
- IT affinity (SAP and/or KIS experience is an advantage)
- Structured, independent, and precise way of working
- High service orientation, resilience, and pronounced social competence
