Currently undergoing reorganization, the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Geosciences and Environment (GSE) is looking for a motivated person to strengthen its team following the departure of the incumbent.
Job Information
Start date: April 1, 2026 or to be agreed
Contract duration: 12-month fixed-term contract
Activity rate: 80%
Workplace: Géopolis, 1015 Lausanne
Your Activities
As part of your activities, you will notably be required to:
- Ensure the monitoring of the Faculty's accounting and budgetary operations, in compliance with current standards and under the supervision of the assistant
- Prepare the minutes of the Faculty Council meetings
- Manage elections for various bodies
- Contribute to the tasks of the general secretariat (e.g., public orientation, mail)
- Ensure paper and electronic filing and archiving
- Occasionally ensure the administrative and operational organization of commissions.
Your Profile
Holder of a commercial employee CFC or with equivalent experience, you master the French language and are comfortable in English. You work in an extremely structured manner, adapt easily to all types of interlocutors and situations, are capable of working both in a group and independently, and have a sense of teamwork.
