Team Leader Dispatching (m/f)

Your area of responsibility

• Leadership and coordination of the dispatching team
• Taking over and handling special assignments
• Receiving and processing service orders by e-mail and telephone
• Preliminary clarification and preparation of fault reports
• Maintenance and management of customer orders
• Processing orders in goods receipt and dispatch
• Frequent telephone contact with our customers, suppliers, manufacturers, service partners, and employees

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in commercial or technical field
• Experience in dispatching and team leadership
• Very good PC user skills
• German as mother tongue and good spoken French skills
• Independent, communicative, conscientious, and committed personality
• You remain calm in hectic times and can set priorities
• You are characterized by logical thinking, quickly recognize connections, and have a quick grasp
