To strengthen our team, we are looking in Brugg/Windisch for the Outpatient Clinic for Substitution Treatments (HAG) of the Center for Addiction Diseases, starting immediately or by arrangement, for you as
Tasks
- Care, support, and promotion of people with an addiction
- Dispensing of substitution medication
- Accompanying our patients according to the nursing process within the framework of our reference person system
- Implementation of the high-quality treatment concept
- You are part of an interdisciplinary treatment team responsible for the optimal implementation of the treatment mandate and the clinic's mission statement
Profile
- Nurse HF, preferably with professional experience working with addicted people or motivated to acquire this expertise
- You are an upbeat professional with high professional, social, and self-competence and are interested in actively further developing the treatment concept with us
- You are used to working independently and reflecting on yourself and your work
- You have a resource- and solution-oriented understanding of nursing and possess precise communication and written expression skills
- You are a motivated, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a great sense of humor
