Your Profile:
- Technical/commercial basic training
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in the service sector
- Experience in machine or plant engineering is an advantage
- Technical understanding as well as commercial know-how
- Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and assertive
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
Your Tasks:
- Leadership and further development of the Field Service team according to ProXES Leadership Standards
- Budget responsibility for the Field Service area
- Creation, maintenance, and analysis of service dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Further development of the service brand and support of strategic service initiatives
- Ensuring technical knowledge transfer
- Deployment planning, control, and optimization of daily field service operations
- Responsibility for efficient service processes and their continuous improvement
- Maintenance and quality assurance of relevant systems (ERP, service tools, tickets)
- Reporting of central KPIs, budget data, and customer feedback
- Responsibility for on-site service orders and coordination of commissioning
- Active sales of service offerings and support of selected key accounts
- Promotion of cross-departmental collaboration
