Tasks
- Resource-oriented support, accompaniment, and care
- Designing daily living and leisure activities
- Participation in activities
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and other professionals
- Tasks in administration and group household
Profile
- Training as a specialist in care, social pedagogue HF, or qualified nurse HF
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- Sense of responsibility, social competence, and empathy
- High commitment and resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork
