- In 3rd-level support, you manage our finance and gastronomy applications in ongoing operations (Run). You are the expert for our on-premise as well as SaaS solutions.
- You are responsible for analyzing and resolving application-related disruptions and errors, providing workarounds, and informing key users.
- Regarding change management, you participate in the technical specification of application changes.
- You are the SPOC for our external support centers and the communication hub for various projects.
- For change requests, you lead from requirement gathering to implementation.
- You create, update, maintain, and manage documentation such as application and interface portfolios as well as application and interface specifications.
- A completed education as an IT specialist, media technician, or similar, job-related further training, and at least three years of professional experience after graduation.
- Solid and verifiable experience as an application manager or professional software developer, experience with ERP systems such as Odoo.
- Experience and an advanced understanding of IT and business processes as well as good knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent integration and teamwork skills, highly committed personality, and negotiation skills.
- Solution-oriented, independent, flexible, networked thinking and acting, as well as fluent German skills.
- Additional knowledge in Windows Server, networking, Linux server, XML, JSON & Web technologies 2.0/3.0 is an advantage. Knowledge in finance with current regulations on EBICS and ISO2002 is a further plus.
