Your tasks
- Maintenance of job postings and incoming applications (including job reporting obligation)
- Recording new entries, including employment contract creation
- Processing changes including contract amendments
- Checking work/residence permits
- Processing sickness and accident reports as well as EO benefits
- Requesting necessary documents (such as criminal record or medical certificate for night work)
- Preparation of employer certificates as well as interim income statements
- Writing interim and work references
- Processing employee resignations
- Supporting the line in the monthly closing regarding hour reporting
- Supporting management in employer terminations as well as special cases (warnings, work requests, etc.)
- Contact person for employees and managers, as well as external offices such as authorities, insurance companies, and offices
- Co-supervision of reception including telephone and mail service
- Taking over general administrative tasks
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in human resources, ideally as a personnel assistant or HR clerk
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel), ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
- Service- and customer-oriented personality with high personal responsibility
- Strong discretion in handling sensitive personnel data
- Independent and careful working style
- Strong team skills
- Regarding the part-time workload, Monday is a mandatory working day, the remaining days can be discussed together
