Cook / Sous Chef: Summer season 2026: 100%
The Golf Club Schinznach Bad is a traditional, private golf club with a 9-hole parkland course, which can be played over 18 holes thanks to various tee boxes with a total length of 6090 m.
Sport, sociability, and nature are meant to meet in a family atmosphere. We practice golf both as a leisure and competitive sport.
Our restaurant Clubhouse 19 covers a wide range from à la carte cuisine to banquets for 100 people.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you from April 1, 2025, for the summer season until October 2025 as:
COOK / SOUS CHEF 100% FIXED-TERM
Are you our new team member who supports us as a cook (Sous Chef) from now or by arrangement? As a passionate kitchen professional, do you feel ready for a new challenge at Golf Club Schinznach-Bad? Does your heart burn for excellent and seductive creations – driven by lightness and creativity? Then you are right with us.
Your tasks
- Preparation of seasonal dishes in the cold and hot kitchen
- Provision of interim catering at events
- Production à la carte, banquets, seminars, and catering
- Preparation of mise en place
- Implementation and compliance with the specified occupational safety and hygiene guidelines as well as environmental management
- Participation in the development of new menus and dishes
Control and monitoring of inventory, orders, and goods management
Your profile
- Completed training in the kitchen EFZ
- Professional experience in à la carte and banquet areas
