Tasks
- Reinigungsarbeiten und Etagenhotellerie gemäß Einsatzplan ausführen.
- Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards sicherstellen.
- Bedienung und Instandhaltung von Reinigungsmaschinen und Geräten.
Skills
- Hauswirtschaft - Hotellerie EFZ oder langjährige Erfahrung in der Reinigung.
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse.
- Selbständige und flexible Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.

The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. We are looking for a position at the Heinrichsbad location starting November
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- Performing cleaning tasks and activities in floor hospitality, such as breakfast service and textile management according to the deployment plan and instructions
- Compliance with the specified hygiene and quality standards
- Economic and proper use of materials
- Operation and maintenance of various cleaning machines and devices, coffee machines, and dishwashers
- Adherence to safety regulations according to company guidelines
- Administrative tasks such as recording services and billing
- Adherence to safety regulations according to company guidelines
- Organizing and planning cleaning work in coordination with tenants, when deployed in Haus Tanneck
- Performing laundry services for tenants, when deployed in Haus Tanneck
Our requirements:
- Professional in housekeeping - hospitality EFZ or many years of experience in cleaning
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Independent, careful, flexible working style and high reliability
- Enjoy working alone and in a quieter environment according to the deployment plan, also outside a larger team
- Neat appearance and customer-friendly demeanor
- Helpful and benevolent interaction with all stakeholders
- Good physical condition, resilient and enjoyment of work
- Motivated and team-oriented personality with good manners
- High quality and hygiene awareness
