The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specializing in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.

For an external customer project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the position of DevOps Engineer at expert level (8-12 years) from 05.01.2026

Main tasks:
Program financing:
EPIC portfolio management, EPIC centralization of real estate data. Some projects have already started, others are still in the conceptual phase with a start in 2026.

Implementing professional and technical requirements in the field of real estate valuation and real estate data

Carrying out technical and professional optimizations along the DevOps disciplines (e.g., pipeline optimizations)

Support in finding solutions for requirements

Operational support and operations tasks

Tasks & requirements (content, methodology, technology):

Technical excellence in Kotlin, Java, Spring, Spring Batch, Angular, and SQL, CI/CD pipeline

Knowledge of cloud technologies (especially Azure)

Experience in SAFe, DevOps, and Scrum is an advantage.

Personal qualities: team player mentality and proactive working style

Work environment:

Well-coordinated DevOps team consisting of 5 developers and 2 business engineers (including 1 PO) with 100% self-developed software. Emphasis is placed on good collaboration, mutual support, and solution-oriented work

Requirements: (spoken / written language)

German: C2 – near-native proficiency

English: None

Onsite 60%, 40% home office, home office is only allowed from Swiss airspace
