The Consulting and Support area is being developed. You have the opportunity to actively help shape offerings and take on responsibility. What you can achieve with us
- You competently advise clients, professionals, and institutions on topics and services of disability insurance and support them in challenging situations.
- You accompany concerns from the first inquiry to resolution and ensure clear, comprehensible processing of the matters.
- You carefully analyze the initial situation, involve relevant parties, and ensure the flow of information.
- You process early detection reports and coordinate the next steps with all involved.
- You advise and train different target groups on topics such as mental health, health promotion, and job retention.
- You independently conduct consultations as well as informational events and exchange forums.
- You actively contribute to collaboration with internal and external partners and help shape the further development of our offerings and processes.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a tertiary education degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (e.g., HR, leadership) or bring relevant professional experience.
- You have proven experience in consulting and dealing with different stakeholder groups.
- You are very familiar with the processes and topics of disability insurance.
- You work service-oriented, structured, and take responsibility.
- You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience, and can convey complex content understandably.
- You appear confident and feel comfortable with presentations and moderations.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good active knowledge of the other language is desired.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
