To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for a Health Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement
Workload: 60-100%
Your tasks:
- Caring for and supporting residents during all day shifts
- Accurate management and updating of nursing documentation
- Co-responsibility for quality assurance according to RAI
- Supporting the qualified nursing staff in their tasks
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Executing and adhering to medical prescriptions
- Assisting in the training of apprentices
Your profile:
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent/recognized qualification
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people with life experience who require care
- Commitment, motivation, and willingness to take responsibility
- High social competence, flexibility, and reliability
- Good communication skills and a sense of humor
- Good PC user skills
